A survey conducted by independent market research firm, Franchise Business Review, measures franchisee satisfaction on many levels including profitability, overall satisfaction with their decision to purchase the franchise and whether they would recommend this opportunity to a friend or family member. Once completed, they compile all data received and rank each franchisor based on the responses received from their franchisees.
