Aaron Abrams is no stranger to i9 Sports. He was the i9 Sports Program Director in Honolulu for three years. “I’ve always wanted to own my own business but I wanted to make sure that it was something that I had an interest in. My lifelong love of sports, working with kids, and being a positive contributor in my community are three things that I am most passionate about, which made i9 Sports a perfect fit for me,” says Aaron.
Aaron graduated from Hawaii Pacific University in 2004 with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Sports Management. After graduation, Aaron played professional basketball in Europe for three years. Retired from basketball, he returned back to Honolulu where he worked in Education and coached high school basketball until 2010 when he became the Program Director for i9 Sports in Honolulu. Having had the hands on experience Aaron knows what it takes to handle the day to day operations to be successful in growing his own i9 Sports franchise.
The nation’s first and fastest youth sports league opens in San Diego come spring 2014 with flag football and soccer. “I am excited to be able to provide my community with a great sports experience for not only the kids, but their parents as well,” explains Aaron.
